Our Services
Personal Care & Daily Living
We provide assistance with everyday activities including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and household tasks, supporting participants to maintain independence under their Core Supports.
Transport & Travel Support
We provide safe and reliable transport assistance, enabling participants to attend appointments, employment, and community activities in line with their Core Supports.
Support Coordination
We assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans, connecting them with appropriate providers and services to maximise outcomes across their supports.
Community Access & Social Support
We support participants to engage in community, social, and recreational activities, promoting inclusion and active participation through Core Supports.
Life Skills Development
We support participants to develop essential daily living skills, build confidence and increase independence through structured Capacity Building Supports.
Innovative Community participation
We deliver tailored programs that enhance social engagement, independence, and community involvement as part of Capacity Building supports.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We deliver person-centred Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, assisting participants to live independently in a safe and supportive shared or individual environment under Core Supports.
High Intensity & Complex Care
We provide specialised support for participants with high needs, including complex personal care and community-based nursing supports where required.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
We support participants in accessing and maintaining appropriate Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) under Capital Supports, ensuring safe and suitable living arrangements.
